How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.

Can I use GPOS offline?

Yes! GPOS has offline mode. Transactions are stored locally and sync when you're back online.

How do I connect a receipt printer?

Go to Settings → Printer Setup. GPOS supports both network printers (via IP) and USB printers on Android.

Can I import my existing customers?

Yes, contact our support team and we'll help you import your customer data from CSV or other formats.

How do SMS reminders work?

GPOS automatically sends appointment reminders 24 hours before. You can customize timing in Settings → Notifications.
